Admission of Non-Church Families |
|
Our mission is to families who are interested in Christian education, not just private education. However, if a non-church family is willing to investigate Christianity and will commit to seeking a Christian church home, then we will admit them on a probationary status for a nine-week period. At the end of the nine weeks, parents and administrator will meet to see if the family has found a church home. If so, a pastoral recommendation form will be filled out and given to the school. If the family has decided they are not interested in seeking a Christian church home, then they will be asked to withdraw since our mission and their family goals are in conflict. |

GPA COMPUTATION |
|
The GPA is determined by adding the equivalent GPA quality points and dividing the total by the number of semester credits. This yields the GPA.
- GPA is computed for all subjects, grades 9-12.
- AP denotes Advanced Placement course; H denotes Honors credit. AP classes are worth a 5.0-weighted grade due to the level of difficulty.
- CHS does not incorporate transfer courses into the GPA. Transfer credits are documented as Pass/Fail.
